Killing Joke in 2010

This year is the 30th anniversary of Killing Joke, and the band plan to celebrate in a huge way. Last week, they released a new EP titled "In Excelsis", the first new material by the original lineup of Jaz Coleman, Geordie Walker, Youth, and Paul Ferguson since 1982. This EP, however, is only a teaser, as a new full-length studio album, "XIII: Feast of Fools", will be released in September. The original lineup has been touring for a couple of years now, and I imagine a tour in support of the new album would be in order.

There were rumors that Killing Joke would be playing the Granada Theater here in Dallas over the summer. Sadly, these rumors didn't materialize. Hey, we got Concrete Blond and Psychedelic Furs though. That's good, right? Right?
